These are photographs created by Rebellious O'Megan One ------------------------------------------------------------------------- About RoadTrips Several different cameras (all in the same class) were used to acquire these pictures. They were originally recorded on 35mm 400asa color film, printed on to 3"x5" kodak paper, then scanned using an EasyPhoto reader at 100dpi, and are archived here in JPEG format: 19980501/ is a roll of film shot in Florida May 1998 McMurray/ is two rolls of my RoadTrip to Andy's Wedding, June 1998 ro980101/ is a roll of film shot in Florida January 1998 ro980210/ is a roll of film shot in Florida February 1998 splatt-messing/ is two rolls from my RoadTrip to Alicia's Wedding MomBday/ Many rolls documenting T.S. Image quality was USA television (NTSC) maximum with degradation caused by several factors: 1. VHS tape imperfection 2. random electronic signal interference 3. time-delay in image scanning and processing ------------------------------------------------------------------------- name: SiPix brand: SiPix type: digital camera resolution: saved as 1024x768 jpeg port: USB battery: 1xAA lens: internal fixed focus pin-hole resolution: 640x480 24-bit true-color CCD saved as JPEG storage medium: volatile RAM note: the battery would last about two days, three if i was lucky. It could hold about 72 pictures, and the only way to extract the images was to plug it into the USB port of a computer running the correct software. Designed primarily as a WebCam, it was frustrating to use in the field because the images were so volatile and easily lost. It was, however, incredibly cheap to operate and did allow me to capture hundreds of images (most notably face-to-face with a gator while lying on the trail) that would otherwise have been lost. This was the first camera gifted to me by Billy Boyd. years: 2003 - 2006 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- name: Photon type: digital camera brand: Polaroid model: PDC 700 resolution: 24-bit true-color CCD saved as 1008x768 jpeg lens: 5mm internal Macro Lens, fixed focus pin-hole, F=3.5 battery: 4xAA DC: 7v USB: via proprietary cable ports: AV storage: Compact Flash II note: this was the second camera that was gifted to me by Billy Boyd. years: 2006 - 2007 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- brand: Kalimar type: 35mm (film) Single Lens Reflex (SLR) camera model: K-90 storage medium: 35mm film Tri-X pan 400asa color lens: interchangeable: normal 50mm or 250mm macro zoom note: rolls of film were 24 to 36 frames.
